We sell to both Consumers (B2C) and Business/Trade Customers (B2B).

2. Orders & Payment

Customers can place and pay for orders directly through our Website.
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected Products. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and the Products are available.
We may cancel an order where a Product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, the Product is unsuitable for the vehicle specified, or we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund.
All prices shown on the Website include VAT where applicable. Delivery and other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.

3. Products & Vehicle Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and vehicle compatibility information are accurate.
Vehicle specifications can vary according to model, year, body style, wheelbase, trim, factory options and modifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and checking that Products are suitable for their vehicle.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact VanGlaze before ordering. We may request photographs, measurements or additional vehicle information to confirm suitability.
Where VanGlaze specifically confirms that a Product is suitable for a vehicle, that confirmation will be based on the information provided by the Customer.

4. Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery and collection options as shown on the Website or agreed with you.
Delivery times are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring suitable arrangements are available to receive their order.
Where collection is selected, orders can be collected from our Lutterworth premises at an agreed collection time.
Customers should inspect Products as soon as reasonably possible following delivery or collection and notify VanGlaze of any damage or issue.

5. Fitting & Installation

VanGlaze offers professional fitting and installation services for selected Products.
Fitting appointments are subject to availability.
Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle and advise VanGlaze of any modifications, previous repairs, damage or other circumstances that may affect installation.
If, before or during fitting, VanGlaze determines that the Product or vehicle is unsuitable for safe or proper installation, we may refuse or postpone the fitting service. Where reasonably possible, we will discuss the available options with the Customer.
VanGlaze will carry out fitting services with reasonable care and skill.
If a Customer needs to cancel or rearrange a fitting appointment, they should contact VanGlaze as soon as possible. Reasonable charges may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments where these have been communicated in advance.

6. Returns & Refunds

Consumers purchasing Products online have statutory cancellation and consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes those rights.
In addition to applicable statutory rights, VanGlaze offers a 30-day returns policy for eligible Products.
Customers should notify VanGlaze within 5 working days of receiving the Product of any visible damage, fault, flaw, defect, incorrect item or other issue identified with the Product.
Where a Product is being returned under our standard 30-day returns policy, it must be returned to VanGlaze within 30 days of receipt.

6.1 Consumer Customers (B2C)

To qualify for a standard return, Products must:
  • Be unused and unfitted;
  • Not have been cut, drilled, bonded, modified or otherwise altered;
  • Include all relevant components, accessories and fixings; and
  • Be returned in a clean, undamaged and saleable condition.
Products may be removed from their packaging and inspected, provided that the Product itself remains unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Products that have been fitted, installed, used, modified or altered will not normally qualify for a change-of-mind return.
The 5-working-day notification period does not affect any statutory rights a Consumer may have in relation to faults or defects that could not reasonably have been identified within that period.

6.2 Business & Trade Customers (B2B)

Business and Trade Customers are also eligible for VanGlaze’s 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions in this section.
Business Customers should notify VanGlaze within 5 working days of receiving the Product of any damage, fault, flaw, defect, incorrect item or other issue identified.
Where a Product is being returned under our standard returns policy, it must be returned to VanGlaze within 30 days of receipt.
Returned Products must be unused, unfitted, unmodified and in a clean, undamaged and saleable condition.
Business Customers do not generally have the same statutory cancellation rights as Consumers. Our 30-day returns policy therefore forms the contractual return period for unwanted or change-of-mind Products supplied to Business Customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Return Costs

For change-of-mind or unwanted returns, the Customer is responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the Product to VanGlaze.
Where a product is faulty, damaged before delivery or incorrectly supplied and the customer is entitled to a remedy at our expense under applicable law, VanGlaze will arrange or cover the necessary reasonable return costs. For claims under our additional voluntary five-year warranty, the first-year and years 2–5 return arrangements are set out in section 8.3. Those arrangements do not limit statutory rights or the cover promised on existing orders.
Customers should contact VanGlaze before returning Products so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

6.4 Refunds

Once returned Products have been received and inspected, we will process any applicable refund in accordance with these Terms and the Customer’s statutory rights.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where a returned Product does not meet the applicable return conditions, VanGlaze may contact the Customer to discuss the available options.
Where a Product has been returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, VanGlaze will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Customer’s legal rights.

6.5 Products That Have Been Fitted or Modified

Products that have been fitted, bonded, cut, drilled, modified or otherwise installed will not normally qualify for a change-of-mind return.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed Products.

6.6 Return Packaging

Customers should package returned Products securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
VanGlaze is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging when a Product is being returned by the Customer.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is damaged, faulty, flawed or incorrect, please notify VanGlaze within 5 working days of receipt where the issue is reasonably identifiable on inspection.
We may request photographs, videos, vehicle details or other information to help assess the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable legal rights.
Consumer Customers retain all statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable Products.

8. Five-Year Product Warranty

Every product supplied by VanGlaze is covered by our five-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship, starting on delivery or collection. Products must be used for their intended purpose and cared for in line with the instructions supplied.

This is an additional warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected, including rights relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and goods being as described.

This warranty is provided by VanGlaze Automotive Ltd, Unit 1C, Bilton Way, Tungsten Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4JA, for products supplied by us to the delivery destinations we accept. Consumer rights apply independently of this warranty. Business and trade purchases remain subject to their applicable legal and contractual rights.

8.1 Products Fitted by VanGlaze

Where a product is supplied and professionally fitted by VanGlaze, the five-year warranty applies to both the product and the fitting and installation workmanship carried out by our professional fitting team. Where a fault arises from the product or our fitting work, we will assess it and arrange an appropriate covered remedy. Contact us to arrange an inspection before removing the product.

8.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance or the normal use-up of consumable products.

It also excludes damage or faults caused by accidents, stone impacts, misuse, neglect, incorrect storage, unsuitable cleaning chemicals, failure to follow reasonable care instructions, incorrect third-party fitting, incompatible adhesives, vehicle/bodywork defects, or alterations and repairs that cause the problem.

For sliding windows, keep drainage channels and weep slots clear. Problems caused by blocked drainage are not manufacturing defects. Normal moisture draining through the designed channels is not itself a fault; persistent leaks should be reported for assessment.

A genuine defect or premature failure is not automatically treated as wear and tear. An unrelated modification or third-party installation does not automatically invalidate cover for a product defect.

Wear and tear? We’re still here to help. Even if an issue falls outside our warranty, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Give our friendly team a call on 01455 243388 or email info@vanglaze.uk. We’ll listen, talk through the options and do our best to help put things right in the most practical way possible. We want you to feel supported long after your purchase.

8.3 First Year and Years 2–5: Return Costs

First 12 months: for a covered product fault, VanGlaze will provide a replacement or another remedy agreed with you and arrange or pay the reasonable cost of returning the faulty product. Please contact us first so we can agree the return arrangements.

Years 2–5 (months 13–60): under this voluntary warranty, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the product to be returned to VanGlaze for assessment and replacement. If the fault is covered, the replacement product is supplied free of charge.

Statutory rights take priority: the customer-paid return rule does not apply where consumer law requires us to provide a remedy at our expense. In those cases, we will cover the necessary reasonable costs, including return postage, even after the first year.

These voluntary warranty return arrangements are subject to the statutory rights above and do not remove our cover for VanGlaze fitting workmanship under sections 8.1 and 9.

8.4 How to Claim

Contact info@vanglaze.uk or call 01455 243388 as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem. Include your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase, a description of the fault and photographs or video where reasonably available.

Please contact us before removing, repairing or sending back the product so we can assess the issue and provide safe return instructions. We may reasonably need to inspect the product or vehicle before confirming cover.

Pack returns securely using packaging suitable for automotive glass. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of a valid faulty-goods claim. Do not post loose or broken glass; contact us for guidance. Stop using a product if continued use could be unsafe or cause further damage.

8.5 Fitting and Other Costs

Fitted by a third party: our voluntary product warranty does not cover that installer’s workmanship or their removal, refitting, adhesive or labour charges, unless agreed by us in advance. This does not exclude any costs or compensation we must pay under your statutory rights.

Supplied and fitted by VanGlaze: our existing five-year cover for the product and our fitting workmanship continues. Contact us to arrange an inspection and a covered remedy; do not remove the glass yourself without speaking to us.

The voluntary warranty does not include travel, accommodation, vehicle hire or loss-of-use expenses unless agreed in writing. This does not limit liability or compensation that cannot legally be excluded.

8.6 Replacements and Existing Orders

We will assess the claim fairly and explain the outcome. For a covered fault, we will supply a replacement; any alternative remedy will be agreed with you, subject to your statutory rights. If the original product is unavailable, we will discuss a suitable equivalent or another appropriate remedy.

A replacement supplied under this voluntary warranty is covered for the remainder of the original five-year period; it does not restart that period. This does not reduce any statutory rights relating to the replacement.

These warranty details were updated on 18 October 2026. Any new restrictions apply only to orders placed after publication. Existing orders retain the warranty terms and promises provided when purchased.

9. Fitting & Workmanship

Where VanGlaze carries out fitting or installation, our professional fitting team will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill.
Where the Product has been supplied and professionally fitted by VanGlaze, the fitting workmanship is covered by the 5-year warranty described in Section 8.
Where a Product has been fitted by a third party, the VanGlaze 5-year warranty does not cover that third party’s fitting or installation workmanship.
The fitting warranty does not cover problems caused by:
  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or defects;
  • Vehicle modifications not disclosed to VanGlaze before fitting;
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect;
  • Subsequent modification, removal or alteration of the fitted Product;
  • Work carried out on the installation by a third party; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a Customer believes that a problem has resulted from VanGlaze’s fitting or installation, they should contact us so that we can inspect and assess the issue.
Where the issue is found to be covered by the warranty, VanGlaze will take reasonable steps to rectify the relevant Product or fitting issue.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate delivery and contact information;
  • Providing accurate vehicle information;
  • Checking Product compatibility where appropriate;
  • Following any fitting, installation or care instructions provided;
  • Taking reasonable care of Products after delivery;
  • Not modifying Products where such modification may affect their safety, performance or warranty; and
  • Informing VanGlaze of relevant vehicle modifications or existing damage before fitting.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11.1 Consumers

If you are a Consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
We remain responsible for Products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11.2 Business Customers

For Business Customers, to the extent permitted by law, VanGlaze will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of opportunity.
VanGlaze will not be responsible for problems resulting from incorrect vehicle information supplied by the Customer, unauthorised modifications, incorrect installation by third parties, misuse or improper care of Products.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a Product, service, delivery or fitting appointment, please contact us:
  • Email: info@vanglaze.uk
  • Tel: 01455 243388
Please provide your order number and details of the issue where possible.
We will investigate complaints and aim to resolve them fairly and within a reasonable time.

VanGlaze will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, supplier failure, courier disruption, power or telecommunications failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in force when the order is accepted, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
The latest version will be available on www.vanglaze.uk.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a Consumer, you retain any mandatory legal rights available to you under applicable law.
Subject to applicable consumer protections, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
